Acu-Wash

Acu-Wash is a water-soluble detergent surfactant recommended for cleaning and pre-treating surfaces which will be coated with Energy Seal products.

Primer

Acu-Base Coat

A single component, water-based acrylic coating designed as a primer and UV protective coating for Spray Polyurethan Foam. It can also be used as a general purpose primer for Acu-Shield and Acu-Flex coatings.

Acu-SPF 2.8 r

A sprayed-in-place, nominal 60 psi compressive strength, rigid, HFC-blown, closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing system. This two-component SPF consists of side-A and side-B. Acu-SPF:2.8 provides an R-value of 6.3 per inch and a continuous insulation without thermal breaks.

ACU-SPF HFO

 A sprayed-in-place, high compressive strength, rigid, Low GWP, closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing system. This two-component SPF consists of side-A and side-B. Acu-SPF:HFO provides an R-value of 6.2 – 6.8 per inch and a continuous insulation without thermal breaks.

• Low global warming potential (LGWP)

• Superior yield reduces cost and amount of material required

Coatings

Acu-Flex:100

Acu-Flex:100 is a high-solids, single-component, VOC-compliant, moisture-cure silicone rubber coating. Specifically designed for use in roofing applications as a weatherproof, ultraviolet-resistant coating, it performs well under all weather conditions from sub-zero to high heat in excess of 200° F (93° C).

• Provides a durable, seamless, flexible, waterproof membrane that resists lateral movement
• Allows for normal expansion and contraction

Acu-Shield

Acu-Shield is a single component, water-based, acrylic elastomeric coating. It is engineered to provide excellent weather barrier protection for a variety of roofing substrates.

Features and Benefits:

• Reduces daily expansion and contraction (thermal cycling)
• Contains strong rust inhibitive pigments
• Reflects 90% of infrared heat and UV rays
