Caulk It

Acu-Caulk:SM

Acu-Caulk:SM is a single component silicone-based, “paste-like” mastic with excellent adherence to porous and non-porous substrates. It is resistant to stains and blisters, and exhibits high alkali resistance over masonry surfaces as well to corrosion resistance over metal. It is designed to be applied into vertical seams on metal roofs, around fleshing, drains and protrusions, to repair cracks, seal fasteners and all common details found over the roof.

Primers

Acu-Epoxy Prime

Acu-Epoxy Prime is a water-based, two-part, general-purpose epoxy primer. It adheres strongly to metal, asphalt, modified bitumen, concrete, spray foam, single-plys and other surfaces. It may also be used as a masonry block filler.

Detailing

Acu-Fabric

Acu-Fabric is a stitch-bonded 100% polyester fabric that is used in conjunction with Acu-Tac or Acu-Base Coat to create a fully adhered fabric-reinforced waterproofing system. It can also be used with Acu-Caulk to create a reinforced patch for sealing gaps and cracks in roof surfaces.

• Lightweight with superior tensile strength
• Boasts effective elongation properties
• Easier handling and application than other soft polyester fabric

Coatings

Acu-Flex:100

Acu-Flex:100 is a high-solids, single-component, VOC-compliant, moisture-cure silicone rubber coating. Specifically designed for use in roofing applications as a weatherproof, ultraviolet-resistant coating, it performs well under all weather conditions from sub-zero to high heat in excess of 200° F (93° C).
